Bifa partnered with the client to design a rugged 21.5-inch touch display solution tailored for industrial environments. The solution integrated a high-resolution TFT-LCD panel with enhanced brightness, ensuring operators could clearly monitor system data even under strong factory lighting. A projected capacitive touch panel with durable glass provided precise and reliable input, built to endure the challenges of heavy-duty use.

To further protect the display, Bifa engineered a custom metal front bezel with dust and water resistance, enabling the system to operate dependably in areas exposed to oil mist and particles. The solution was completed with a robust USB-based controller for seamless system integration. By combining durability with user-friendly performance, Bifa helped the client deliver an advanced automation control system that boosted efficiency and reliability on the production floor.
